CIMC ENRIC and PT SAMATOR Sign Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement

Joining Forces to Deepen Energy Collaboration and Explore the Southeast Asian Market

Recently, CIMC ENRIC and PT SAMATOR, an Indonesian industrial gas and energy solutions provider, formally signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement in Jakarta. Building on their extensive expertise in energy equipment, industrial gases, and clean energy, the two parties have reached a long-term strategic consensus to jointly promote the optimization and sustainable development of the energy structure in Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian region.

Under the agreement, the collaboration will focus on comprehensive industrial gas supply chain services, natural gas storage and transportation equipment, energy engineering procurement and construction (EPC) projects, digital after-sales service systems, and new business development. CIMC ENRIC will leverage its full industry chain capabilities in energy equipment design, manufacturing, and system integration, combined with PT SAMATOR’s local market network and operational strengths in Indonesia. Together, they will advance the implementation of clean energy projects, including those in industrial gases, natural gas, air separation units, hydrogen storage and transportation, new energy, and medical sectors, supporting Indonesia’s energy transition and industrial upgrading.

The signing ceremony was attended and witnessed by Mr. Ju Xiaofeng, Vice President of CIMC Enric and President of its Energy Equipment & Engineering Business Center, along with the team from the Asia-Pacific regional office, as well as Mr. Rachmat Harsono, Chief Executive Officer of PT SAMATOR, and Mr. Ferryawan Utomo, Director of PT SAMATOR. The agreement was signed by President Ju Xiaofeng and CEO Rachmat Harsono on behalf of their respective organizations.
