The role of the LPG bobtail truck

LPG (propane) has many uses in everyday life but is most often used to heat homes and businesses and to refuel private vehicles and fleets. LPG is transported under pressure by delivery trucks and local delivery trucks (commonly known as LPG bobtail trucks).

The LPG (propane) bobtail truck is a specialized bulk transport vehicle customized by Cimcenric to hold approximately 1000 to 5000 gallons of LPG.

LPG bobtail trucks come in a variety of sizes and may contain different equipment and systems, depending on when it was built and how it is used.

LPG bobtail trucks are refilled at bulk storage plants located in many different locations. In addition to LPG bobtail trucks, there are other types of LPG containers such as LPG semi-trailers and stationary storage tanks, LPG bobtail trucks are specialized containers for storing larger volumes of LPG.
