The Challenge:
The client aimed to consolidate dispersed regional natural gas resources. Traditional LNG projects suffered from long construction cycles and low system integration, making it difficult to rapidly achieve scalable liquefaction, storage, and stable gas supply.
Our Integrated Solution:
As the PC contractor, we delivered a complete natural gas liquefaction facility with a feed gas capacity of ~35 MMSCFD, integrated with a 30,000 m³ full-containment LNG storage tank. Our scope covered procurement, construction, and full system integration.
· Feed Gas Capacity: ~35 MMSCFD natural gas, equivalent to an LNG production of ~730 TPD (≈0.26 MTPA), ensuring stable supply for regional industrial and city gas markets.
· Storage Capacity: The 30,000m³ LNG tank can store approximately 13,000~14,000 tons of LNG, providing more than 7 days of emergency reserve at the designed send-out rate.
· Energy Efficiency Leadership: Utilizing a high-efficiency mixed refrigerant (MR) liquefaction process, the specific power consumption is approximately 8% lower than the industry average.
· Cost Savings: This efficiency improvement delivers annual operating cost savings of approximately RMB 2.8 million.
